We had issues concerning the app working very slow or being unresponsive. This is caused by the same issues you may have experienced before Christmas, with a peak load in the late afternoon. This caused the app to be slow and unresponsive. We did take a lot of measures to avoid this from happening again before Christmas, but it doesn't seem to have been enough.

We want to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, and assure you that our developers are working on this as a top priority!
